PHYT’S Australia only delivers to Australia and New Zealand.
Orders to Australia are charged a flat delivery fee of $15 per order (incl. GST) for all orders under $200 including GST.
We also offer you the possibility of sending your order with express Post (Australia only) for a flat delivery fee of $18 (incl. GST).
Orders to New Zealand are charged at a flat fee of $18 per order.

How long will it take to get my order?

Products are stocked here in Australia. You will not have to wait several weeks to get them!
Orders are shipped within 24 hours after orders are placed (except for orders placed on weekends which are shipped the following Monday).

We send your orders with Australia Post. Please allow 1 to 7 working days for delivery all around Australia – this is just a rough guide as delivery times will vary depending on the service in your area.

Capital cities and suburbs usually get it the next day.

Deliveries to New Zealand will take longer as they have to also clear customs.

Delivery times are suggestions only. We do not guarantee delivery within a set time period.
phyts.com.au is not responsible for the delivery of product, or for the time involved in the delivery of product. This is the responsibility and liability of the engaged delivery contractor. If the item is delayed or does not reach the intended destination within a period suggested by phyts.com.au, phyts.com.au will not refund, replace or compensate the purchaser. Products ordered may arrive at different times, by different delivery companies.
In the present circumstances, all deliveries to New Zealand take longer than usual. 

When an order has been shipped, a tracking number issued by Australia Post is also emailed to the customer. This tracking number allows you to check the delivery steps.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days please email us at orders@phyts.com.au

If one of the products you have ordered is not available, we will contact you to let you know when we expect this product to be in stock. If the goods cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order you can either cancel your order or agree to a new delivery time with us.

Does phyts.com.au ship to PO Box Addresses?

Yes, we do send to PO Box addresses. Those deliveries are organised via Australia Post as couriers do not deliver to PO boxes.
