Returns and Money-Back Guarantee

If a product ordered is damaged in some way in transit we will gladly replace it providing you send us the damaged product. Please note the freight for the returned product will be at your expense.

We know that some skins are terribly sensitive and might react to products formulated with essential oils. For those of you who might have a reaction to one of our products, we are offering you a 30 day money back guarantee* on any orders placed over the internet. You’ll have 30 days (from the date of invoicing) to return your PHYT’S product, and receive an immediate refund of the purchase price (less postage & handling).

To ensure a timely refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact PHYT’S Australia Customer Service on 1300 656 627 within 30 days of your invoice date to let us know about your request for a refund.
  2. Within 7 days of obtaining our agreement for a refund please return your purchase to the address provided to you by the Customer Service operator.

Please include in your package:

  • Remainder portion of the product (goods must be securely packaged so as not to incur any damage upon their return)
  • Copy of the invoice that was included in your original order (please retain a copy of the original invoice for your records)
  • Goods must be accompanied by a note explaining the reaction you experienced

Note: Please be advised that returns will not be accepted, and refunds not awarded, if the above criteria are not met.

We highly recommend that you send your products via registered mail. PHYT’S Australia is not liable for packages lost during shipping.

PHYT’S Australia will process your refund via your original purchase method within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).

Shipping and handling fees to return product(s) are non-refundable.

Important: If you made your purchase from a retail stockist, you will need to return it to that stockist – and their store policies apply in terms of refund or replacement.

Cancellations

Due to the order processing of our web site we cannot accept cancellations. Please make sure you select your products carefully.

Damaged Goods

Damaged goods must be reported by phone or email within 2 days of receipt of your parcel otherwise no claims will be accepted.
